Here's what some of our participants had to say about last year's EDGE Institutes:
  • I enjoyed the hands on learning time. The presenter was very knowledgeable and engaging.
  • Awesome! Organized, hands-on, and information packed! I walked away with ideas, websites, and even won a useful door prize! This session tied to CCSS, and gave me so much!
  • Loved this training. Would love to have more PD on this. This is especially interesting for Middle School and High School students as we move forward with the new Standards for ELA/Social Studies. This aligns with Common Core perfectly and the ease of this website is very beneficial.
  • This is the most amazingly powerful tool I have seen in a long time and I love how it will complement and expand my flipped classroom approach.
  • I am eager to explore the resources on Microsoft Educator Network website. I also want to create projects that would allow students to use Movie Maker to show what they've learned. I've always wanted to find ways for my students to communicate with their peers from other countries and I need to think of the best way to arrange that.
